Episode 11

An old workmate of Anna’s is holding a smart charity ball at the Hotel, and some of the staff are out of uniform. One guest, Lady Stanwood, is known to all, as she is a former chambermaid at the hotel. But Anna is not going to be upstaged. Meanwhile, an old school friend of Ben’s checks in. In the kitchen, European co-operation is the order of the day.
