A group of Catholics led by a girl, Maya Larkin, is trying to prevent the coming of the Devil. Once Larkin learned about the existence of an ancient spell that brings Satan into our world through the human body, and now she is sure that she has found a future victim. It should be the writer Peter Kelson. But the young man is skeptical about all these things. He believes neither in God, nor in the devil, nor in the fact that Evil is preparing for the last war against humanity – for the Apocalypse. The main character must make every effort to convince the writer otherwise, because the fate of the world depends on it.
